Hi
I havent used them until today. Not only did they promptly answer a technical question relating to one of their products. They also price matched a competitors website in under two hours, and brought their price down below that of the other company. They're reponsiveness to emails and general comments is fast, i havent seen that from any other online trader before. From the several emails that went back and forth they always seem very friendly also, willing to help out with whatever query you have. Unlike quite a few other retailers i tried contacting how basicaly could care less whether you used them or not.
So keep up the good work SVP, and im sure i'll be back for something else. Pretty soon in fact, I forgot to add my DVD media to my order, so i'll have writer and an external enclosure but nothing to write to, i just got carried away.
