Hawkshead clothing-no refund, court?

Hi.
Returned about £100 of clothing (under their 14 day no-quibble guarantee) to Hawkshead.com outdoor clothing store about 1 month ago. I sent it via a traceable parcel service.
Now I've been trying to ring their customer line & tried to e-mail them many times, but to no avail.
I'm waiting for a copy of the signature when said parcel was returned, so that I can send this as proof that they've received it.
I'm willing to send a couple of letters to customer services, but after that?
Is it worth trying to claim via the small claims courts?
I paid with a credit card, but I don't think they can get involved at this stage (only non-receipt of goods).
Would appreciate any advice.

The credit card company can be brought in as a disputed payment if you prefer them to handle it rather than having the fun of court.

Best thing to do is send a recorded delivery letter to their registered office saying you expect conformation and the refund to have been actioned within 14 days or you will either 1) get a chargeback from your CC company or 2) issue court proceedings.

Keep a copy of any letters or emails you have sent as they will be needed by either the courts or the credit card company
