Hats off to my local sandwich shop!!!
Well, I'm quite pleased with the handling of my 'point' shown by my local Sarnie shop- not a national company unfortunately-though they could learn from it! I found a prawn in a cheese savoury sandwich. Initially I sort of ignored it but then got to thinking.. well it doesn't bother me, BUT aren't some people allergic to…

DHL! (aka 'Come back Royal Mail, all is forgiven')
DHL! I was supposed to have a parcel, should have actually been delivered yesterday, but I'll let that slide. This morning I heard the dog barking and saw the DHL van driving off. This suprised me slightly, I was expecting the parcel to be too big to fit through the letterbox. Well, it was. The delivery guy made no attempt…

ASDA Price match confusion!
I am really confused with the ASDA price match I really thought it was a great policy just like the tesco refund and replace is.
