Walkers mini i-pod comp.rip off?

My daughter has been saving her walkers packets to try to win an i-pod with walkers.Well,last night she asked if we could put the codes in to see if see could win.So we thought we would enter all the codes in one time slot to maximise her chances(I can't find anything in the t&c's that forbids more than one entry per draw)So last night at about 9.15pm we duly entered 16 codes and waited for our win/lose emails.And we waited,and waited,and waited.Eventually I sent her to bed and said she could look this morning.On checking the emails this morning(all losers by the way)it seems they were all entered for the 00.31am draw!!!!What happenned to the previous 3 hours??I can't find anything on their site that says they may carry them over into other draws.They have the 'Maximise your chances'thing on their website which seems pretty bloody pointless if they get entered when Walkers feel like it.Didn't know wheather to put this on this board or the vent one because I am bloody annoyed at the minute. :mad:

Well.I have rung Walkers on their 0870 No. :mad: to find out what the deal is.According to the gentleman I spoke to this SHOULD NOT have happened.He has refered it to his boss and I should get a phone call to let me know.Will keep you posted.

I have also been trying to win a walker ipod. I entered 24 codes into the 315am draw the other day, and surprise surprise they were all losers! Was well teed off, didnt think anyone else would be up at that time on a monday morning!

It wasn't so much the losing,it was more the fact that they never got entered into the draw until 3 hours after I put them in.

Sammyy, I'm also having the same problem as you. I entered 10 codes online @ 2:30pm today and I haven't received any replies either!

It does seem as if this is a problem.It makes a mockery of having a clock on the website or the 'maximise your chances' thing.I'm still waiting for a call back which they said could take up to 48 hours.

Previously they have come through in a few minutes.

Yeap same happened to me, entered mid afternoon, numbers went in the draw at around 6.30pm, great, just when it starts to get busy again.

Not impressed.

i entered loads (multipack numbers) via email and did not win a bean. these were done at various times and some draws had more than 5 from me!!!

i really do believe the email entry was a fake............

did anyone win via email entry?

I have entered NPN codes and also multipack codes, about 50/50 split I'd say and I've not won a blinking thing. I have entered codes via the site and via text and not won a thing. I have entered codes at busy times and quiet times, early hours of the morning, afternoon, evening. I've tried every permutation to try and win one and not won a damn thing. I'm dreading the mobile bill too. I sent an email too about the fact that I've not been receiving texts back telling me whether I've won or lost and not had a reply at all. I'm going to send another email and see if I get a reply. Meantime, if you're still trying, Good Luck.

Just checked my email and here is their reply, are you ready for this. They didn't even answer my questions.
