Walkers mini i-pod comp.rip off?

Hi smiley mum,Do you know if all your entries went into the draw they are supposed to i.e the one just after you enter?The person I spoke to today said that she alone had had about 6 calls today for refering on to walkers regarding entries not going in when they should so it doesn't seem an isolated incident(don't know how big the call centre that takes the calls may be) and obviously they are only the ones that rung.Seems like a bit of a farce to me.

Up until the other day I was pretty much getting return emails/texts telling me that I had been unsuccessful and giving me some useless info about the Spice Girls or Marti Pellow. :rolleyes: Yesterday I submitted about 10/15 NPN codes and I didn't receive one reply to tell me whether they had been successful or not. I did get reports telling me that they had been received though.

I think they may well have underestimated how popular this draw was going to be and should have perhaps kept it at a multipack code entry only, rather than NPN. I entered a pile of multipack codes on the first night of the draw and won zilch, so what happened.

well, I got up at 3am this morning to enter the last of my codes and sat there for half an hour waiting for the emails to come through. Finally gave up and went back to bed.
just checked my emails now and all my entries were entered into draws between 5.30 and 5.45. emails were received between 5.42 and 5.47.
Sammmyy...did you hear back from them? Is there any point in me phoning to complain also?

Hi jude123,I haven't heard anything yet.If you want to wait until I hear something(which they said if I don't hear anything by 3pm to ring them)I'll let you know what they say,but feel free it ring if you want but it is 0870 and they are not exactly quick at answering the phone!!!Makes you wonder what the hell is going on.All the codes I entered were from actually packets rather than the NPN route so its obviously not just the NPN ones that are going walkabouts.

I saved 24 codes from multipacks into my phone last night and when I woke up I entered them via text into the 410 (think 2 codes went into this) and 415 draw. I never won a thing, it took ages for some of the texts to come back - i was still receiving one or two at 830!

I had about half a dozen or more codes come back saying that they were wrong codes - I copied them straight from the packet onto the phone, and was careful about doing it as it had said wrong codes previously.

Any news from them yet? I just entered another two codes yesterday at 5pm and they didn't get entered until midnight. Annoying thing is that in my "sorry" email this time, they told me I can significantly increase my chances by entering at a quiet time......must be expecting me to guess how many hours it will actually take for my entry to go through
