Last week I bought a bunch of flowers from Netto, they were Lilies & tight in bud. A week later the Lilies are still tight in bud & have began to die off .

Yesterday ( 28/09/05) I sent them an e-mail to say how disappointed I was with the flowers, today ( 29/09/05) I recieved a letter of apology & some vouhers in the post. Hows that for fab service :T
