Hi people. I've got a new credit card with the same 16 digit number as the old one but with new expiry date and security number (on the back). It's the card I use to pay 18866 so do I need to update the expiry date/security number in my 18866 account to avoid payment problems? Thanks.

Our year with talktalk is almost up.
We new it had to end sometime, but judging from the messages it seems those of us who this time last year were making decisions about talktalk and their promise of free weekend/evening calls, now find we are receiving those letters informing us that our time is almost up. It's true they are offering a deal of £4.99 a month…

Signing up for call1899/18866/18185
Sometimes users receive an email saying that capacity is currently full and to try again in six weeks when signing up for 1899, 18866 and 18185. 0845/0870 on Just-Dial
Dear all, anyone aware of how much just-dial charge for calls to 0845 & 0870 numbers and how do these charges compare to BT. I guess you would still need to make some of these calls through BT anyway to keep the caller display thingy going. ;) P.S sorry if this is answered elsewhere but I couldn't find it.

Receiving abusive calls (on NTL landline)
What should we do? Had a series of calls from someone who has been abusive but knows a lot about the family to rule out that they randomly targetted us. Cant be a friend messing around as they are quite nasty. What can NTL do? Can they trace the call?? Will they tell us who it was? What if it was from abroad? Distressed :(
