Orchid CWClient Error

Anyone help, I need to update my orchid dialer but I am getting this error when trying to update.

"Update failed. The server returned the following error:
Database error: The log file for database 'Dialect' is full. Back up the transaction log for the database to free up some log space"

I am doing this because currently my Telewest number is taking 50 seconds before it calls the number.

To save you trawling through pages and pages...the quick answer is that for cable customers (eg telewest) a recent problem has occurred especially on 1899. The solution is to add a # to the number when you dial.

The message you are getting above is being experienced by others - seems to be a problem at Orchid. But there is no need for you to update anything to
correct your slow dialling connection....it's not to do with the dialler/Orchid.
  • Thank you for your reponses.
For the Orchid dialer AFAIK the only way to add for example a hash is to select the entry from the hard coded drop down list.
Our 18866 number for Telewest which was working until last week now seems to be a different number from what I can see, so I was going to update that no.

Sorry if I was not clear...the # I was talking about should be added to the number you are dialling......which has nothing to do with the #'s on the Cwclient drop down list. ie if you want to dial 0208 xxx xxxx you should dial 0208 xxx xxxx#
