Going on for 3 years
letter from ZZPS even though, I paid the park and display, displayed but they decided that the gravel car park i parked in had clear markings, the company went bust ES Parking in Winwick because they had no planning to be a car park yet today I received the ZZPS letters. Mistaken identity
Just arrived home to a PCN, with photo evidence of the offence, however the offending vehicle has a near identical reg to mine, theirs starts YK12, mine is YK14 (rest is identical), so you can see the issue, i’m not worried.
