They say they are working for ES parking enforcement, the car park was opposite the central station they had their entire car park closed down because they failed to get planning permission that was in 17, not heard a peep in 3 years then 2 letters pop through the post. Odd thing is the parking was paid at the time but they said it wasn't in a marked bay, the car was there at 7:30 and no other cars were there when he got back he had a ticket.0

Then argue it in Court if court claim paperwork is received before 2022 , emanating from the CCBC in Northampton0

I would sue for harassment. Write a letter saying if they continue to harass you will have no alternative but to commence proceedings.DM me to alert (and I will reply online) and post here that you have done so.1

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up later this year,
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these companies, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
