Your appeal will have been dismissed. No point in contacting them! 🤷♂️Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, and an independent appeals service will be set up,
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Why would ANYONE ring the IPC or IAS?
Why would anyone try an appeal there?! Because the PPC told you to!!
Have you not read this forum and the NEWBIES thread, post #3?
No-one appeals to the IAS unless it's a really rare case. You can't win, and will feel on the back foot, and we don't want you to bother. It will upset you to see how crap it is.
These cases are won at court (think of that as the ultimate appeal with a fair Judge).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
