They put my car down as a Suzuki when in fact it is a Seat! Is that enough to definitely invalidate the ticket or not?

Correct, we have been trying to get the name of the Forum changed to reflect that it is Private Parking Companies on here. It is not that we don't deal., (some of the regulars here also post on Pepipoo) just that Pepipoo have the experts.2
