Help needed ASAP!!

I have a PCN which I have appealed and had rejected by the IAS (sadly I didn’t know about this forum until now). I have admitted fault to the PCN (again had I not have panicked and followed what I thought was a genuine process I wouldn’t have done so), I have appealed on the basis that a) the PCN was for a minute period whilst I dropped supplies to someone isolating at the time, making them aware that this was for medication. I simply cannot afford the fine and have provided evidence that I spoke with the issuer at the time (that was how quick I was) along with proof of a permit I hold for the parking area which I didn’t have on me the day in question.
Im wondering what steps I need to take next, should I ignore the letters that will start to come or contact the PCN operator and try to reduce the fine?
Many thanks

Just ignore unless you receive a formal LBC or a court claim within 6 years
You are at the impasse stage , so read the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum

The ability to pay or not is irrelevant and nothing can help you at this time other than a landowner cancellation2 -

What happened when you complained to the landowner?
You should look at the IPC CoP and see what it says about grace periods.
Complain to the IPC that you are a keyworker. Point out also that loading and unloading is not parking. Look up the case of (Laura) Jopson vs Homeguard (Services) where the judge made that very distinction.
State that you were following government guidelines with regards to social distancing and were a volunteer delivering essential supplies.
Complain to the DVLA that the vehicle was not parked, but was being used to deliver to someone who was isolating as per above. This is a data breach as well as a DVLA KADOE breach.ccrt@dvla.gov.uk for the former
and
KADOEservice.support@dvla.gov.uk for the latter
Complain to your MP as above about this unregulated scam.

Come back to this thread if you get real court papers, but ignore powerless debt collectors.

I simply cannot afford the fineYou won't be paying it and it's not a fine. Relax, you are not at a stage that needs help yet.
Come back at court claim stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up,
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.
