The car was parked in the car park late at night so it was dark and the driver didn't…

Anpr pcn
Hi, I recently got a PCN from ANPR Ltd. handed to a passenger of my car, for overstaying the alleged 3 hour limit by 14 minutes. :mad:The car had a properly displayed Blue Badge, although there were no available disabled spaces, so the car was parked in a normal bay. This meant I never went to the P&D point or noticed any…

Hi, Bridligton Council have issued me with a fixed charge penalty notice for parking in one of their car parks. My car did in fact straddle two bays. I have photos. NHS Hospitals Private or Public land?
After many an hour spent on here and PPP and reading most of the threads over the last few weeks I was wondering if car parks on NHS grounds would come under the umbrella of being public (funded by us the tax payer and owned by national/local Govt) as opposed to private land? If this was the case surely this would make the…

Has anybody received a recent NTK from Excel (ANPR) and found any discrepancies regarding what POFA 2012 requires of it? I find that I keep losing concentration with all of the bright colours, different fonts etc although I'm not sure I have found anything yet. More likley to find BPA code breaches regarding car park etc.

PCN - Leisure World Southampton
Hi team, I thought I'd start my own thread as I didn't want to hijack anyones. I've just received a PCN for using the Grosvenor car park on 27/12/2014 between 20:01 - 22:59. I actually went into Odeon, not the casino, but was unaware they are separate car parks. I've read many threads on here, but am at a bit of a loss on…

Can anyone review my POPLA appeal? Thanks
