hi i recieved a pcn last week from parking eye for an alleged parking offence back in november, its a pay and display carpark however the sign states charges apply
6am-6pm(1hr free)
no charge 6pm-midnight,
no overnight parking midnight-6am
the alleged "offence" occured after midnight when i wasnt able to purchase a ticket in any case do i just ignore it or challenge its ludicrosy???

hi everyone ,ive got a quandry,my son has picked up a few "parking tickets " some from parking eye (which have gone to court,and were appealing against)and today i have received one from zenith collections . i dont know the history but the one that has arrived today from zenith is just demanding money for as debt they have to collect ,they have supplied me with a ticket ref no and his registration and the date of offence (22/07/2014) but no notification as to who the debt is being collected for so i have no chance to appeal to anyone ,any ideas where to go now please any help welcomed0
