Phone call from TNC Parking

I have recently received some Parking tickets from "P4 parking" in Edinburgh. Because this was in Scotland I was told on this forum to ignore them. I then received letter which again I was told to ignore. Now TNC have phoned my house where my housemate answered. They stated that of I don't get in contact with them they will take legal action. What should I do as this has started to worry me quite some bit. Thanks for any help.

TNC , DRP , just read the debt collectors post in the newbies sticky thread, especially as this is scotland where court cases rarely if ever happen and always seem to get dropped , plus a DC cannot take anyone to court for this
then IGNORE0 -
It's Scotland.
It's TNC.
It's driver liability.
It's nothing to do with you.
It's ignore at present.0 -
Instruct them to cease and desist forthwith - Keep all dealings on paper. Then ignore that completely!0

How did they get your phone number? Are you listed in the phone book?0

I have a feeling these debt collectors are cross referencing their DVLA details with marketing databases to try and identify people.
I had one recently over my unpaid Sky subscription - which was a laugh as I've never been a Sky customer. I enjoyed my cease, desist and you sort it out etc phonecall to Sky's head office!0 -
It all just had me worried because they stated that if I don't get in touch with them they will take legal action. It was not meWho spoke to them on the phone but they passed the details onto my housemate to call them back (which I won't be doing). But if the correct thing is just to ignore these until they go away then that is what I will do. Although I am not listed in the phone book my father is who I live with, perhaps that is how they got my home phone number.0

There just trying to frighten you into filling there filthy bank account up, just ignore the jockstrapsPPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0

Yeah the debt collectors can do nothing, the landowner won't take you to court, and the charge is bogus. If they phone again just tell them to keep it in writing or hang up on them; their only approach is to harrass you until you pay them.0

Or say "I'll just get him for you" and put the phone down on the table next to Spotify - Rick Astley's Greatest Hits normally works. They'll soon get fed up with it.Je Suis Cecil.0

I have just received just under 10 letters today stating A final demand of payment and that they have recommended that their client takes legal action against me. Should I perhaps contact the police or the TSA? I feel that this is harassment.0
