PCN - Leisure World Southampton

Hi team,

I thought I'd start my own thread as I didn't want to hijack anyones.


I've just received a PCN for using the Grosvenor car park on 27/12/2014 between 20:01 - 22:59.

I actually went into Odeon, not the casino, but was unaware they are separate car parks.

I've read many threads on here, but am at a bit of a loss on where to start?

I've got a copy of BenefitMasters post, but unsure if i can use it at this stage?

Currently I have not replied to the letter. Any suggestions?

Start by reading the Newbies Sticky carefully - It outlines your situation and various avenues to deal with it, there are also quite a few examples/templates to adapt to suit your situation.

When you have something together, post it back here, without personal/identifying details if you want it looked-over.

Also, which PPC was it? Some have recently changed from the BPA to the IAS, which does not use POPLA, so may require a different approach.

Hope you have now found the Newbies thread near the top of the forum and sent the appeal online to PE. They cancel when they see it.
