Apcoa parking charge notice. How to write appeal??????

Hello.
I RECEIVED TODAY PARKING CHARGE FROM APCOA LUTON AIRPORT. ONE MONTH AGO I HAD FLIGHT FOR HOLIDAY. BUT UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS A BIG ACCIDENT ON HIGHWAY. WE SPEND OVER 2,5 HOURS IN TRAFFIC SO I WAS LATE FOR FLIGHT.
It was of no great significance for me, because I knew that I can rebook ticket for another time. Probably the most important thing when we was standing in the traffic, was the thought that I need as soon as possible to go to the toilet. I was 8 months pregnant, so visits in the toilet were for me every hour standard.
Therefore, when we were able to finally reach the airport, my husband stopped next to a small roundabout, as close as possible terminal. He knew that I was at the end strength. I got out quickly, and he drove to long stay parking car.
Today I got a letter ( with photos) that I have to pay a penalty of £80, because our car stopped in the unauthorized location.
I know, we shouldn't stop car in this place, but believe me, I waited for toilet over 3 hours. I think just pregnancy woman can understand me...
I can write appeal, but I have no idea how to do it. Does someone can help me, please ??

read and follow the advice in the NEWBIES sticky thread near the top of this forum
do not admit who was driving , use the template appeal only
what happened on the day will be largely irrelevant, as its legal arguments that will win this for you0 -

Thanks for your help, but can you send me link with template appeal, please. I am new on this forum ( website) and I can't find it

just go to the top of this parking forum, above your thread, start with the second from top STICKY thread marked NEWBIES, please read it thoroughly
you will need to learn to navigate around the site, so no I will not provide links as you need to learn the process to help yourself (sorry)
its all there if you spend 10 minutes learning to navigate this forum0 -
Please try out the FORUM JUMP which appears twice on the right of this page alone, and click 'GO'. We will NOT link the sticky threads at the top of the forum (all posters here are newbies and many have never used a forum before, we have elderly posters and they all have to learn how to find a few things or they won't be able to find their way back and read stuff they will need later). You need to find out how to 'hop about' so practise now using the Forum Jump - just click GO and you are back home at page one where you can then see the NEWBIES thread shouting at you to 'please read these FAQS first!'Thanks for your help, but can you send me link with template appeal, please. I am new on this forum ( website) and I can't find it
To find your own thread again just click on your own username which you can always find by clicking 'User CP' along the top of the parking forum page and on any thread - e.g. it appears here above your thread in blue in a little line of headings. Try them out! Try out the Forum Jump on the right too. Read the NEWBIES thread and learn how/when to appeal - and how to win.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0
