At what age child should you morally stop using parent and child spaces

I accept that there are no hard and fast rules about these spaces.
But I also believe that it is morally wrong to use them without children.
But what constitutes children?

Mischievous! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

3I have no idea really. I cant even remember when I stopped using them with my children. But then I didn't really use them much anyway, apart from when they were babies and I had to lug them (in a car seat) in and out of the car.
I would guess that about 3 is the 'right' time, but I don't really think there is a 'right' time.0 -
5Once the children have dropped their mid-day nap and completely stopped prams... so they're probably unnecessary once they're older than 4 or 5. So, essentially once they're old enough to sit in a booster seat.
I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old. My 5 year old is sensible enough for a walk through a car park, but my 3 year old still needs occasionally carrying/push in the pram when he's tired.
The key reason I think they're needed is:
a) closer to the store so safer to get little children in safer
b) Wider so that prams/car seats can be moved around or younger children can climb onto seats easily0 -
When they can get in and out of their car seat on their own.0

I would say at the point when you don't have to lift the child(ren) in and out of the car seat yourself, i.e. they can do it themselves. Mind you, it's quite possible to do so in a normal space, as often that's the only available space.0

DD could probably do that at 3. Now, at 4, she can just about open the door and then give it a massive shove open. Suspect most people wouldn't appreciate the door smashing into their car somehow.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -

I should think most parents are capable of opening a car door.0
