MET PCN from McDonalds
Hello I just received a PCN from MET today after overstaying at a McDonalds restaurant. This was a postal notice with ANPR / Photos. I stopped for a meal and to conduct a meeting but stayed 109 mins against their limit of 90 mins. The first odd thing is that the offence was 06/03/14, charge issue date was 12/03/14 and I…

The pay and display machine was broken so I couldn't pay. I left a note in the window. I came back to find a ticket in my window for £100 or £60 if paid within 14 days. I rang…

Just received an FCN from NP - Advice pls!
Hi all. Just received a 'Fixed Charge Notice' from the infamous NP. It was for one of their owned car parks, and the Fixed Charge Notice is for almost 230 times the original parking charge. Ridiculous. The special bit is that the observation period was for, believe it or not, 7 seconds!! Obviously there was no ticket…

A brief question RE parking charge details
I have waited for NTK as per instructions, which arrived today 52 days after the 'parking contravention'. I shall be appealing to UKPC and then POPLA when they reject it. So...my original ticket and the 'parking charge details' they stated on the letter are not the same. Parking charge date was in January but on the NTK it…

Hi All I have just been forwarded my post having moved house a couple of months ago (its been a nightmare!). To my horror i have found a number of letters, and now a county court claim form for ParkingEye. No return within two hours.
Why not? What the hell has it got to do with them? If I drive away having left my credit card in the shop, why should I pay £100 to get it back? If I buy a dozen eggs in Lidl and drop them in my kitchen why won't they let me go back for more? Does anyone else think that this is an unfair term?.

NTK not received until 126 days later
I've been reading these threads with some interest, but I'm struggling to find an answer to my question, so I apologise if there is one already out there. In November last year I overran my ticket by about 18 minutes on a car park which is looked after by Elite Management (Midlands). I had a windscreen ticket which I just…

Car Park Plus
If you do get a PCN from Cark Park Plus, do not worry. I received a PCN back in 2011 for staying in a motorway services for 30 minutes longer than the allowable time. Ignore the intial PCN, then responded to the 2nd letter and used the template on this website (challenged the PCN on value of charge and stated I spent money…

Help getting off MET parking fine.
Hi, I would firstly like to thank everyone on this forum who helped me to get off my last fine with Parking Eye. Late Appeals for Private PCN (Unique Circumstance?)
I thought I might as well create a separate thread for this as my other one seems to have fallen by the wayside somewhat. I recently received two tickets from G24 in relation to a "1-hour free parking (after which they fine you heavily)" car-park. The second appeal was received on time and I have just issued my appeal to…

Another Hospital Ticket Query
I took my elderly disabled Mum to A&E with a suspected broken foot. I dropped her and my husband off at the drop off point outside A&E, then parked about 100 yards further on in a disabled bay with my Mum's badge clearly displayed on the dash. Result: £70.00 charge arrived yesterday, from Parking Eye. Apparently, I should…

Premier Park PCN advice needed please!
Hi All, Just need a bit of advice on how to continue with this. On 18th March my wife was snapped in a 2 hour max stay free retail car park with her nearside tyre barely over the white bay lines. What makes this worse is she was parked on the end bay so not even taking up another parking space. The PCN has come through…
