If you do get a PCN from Cark Park Plus, do not worry.
I received a PCN back in 2011 for staying in a motorway services for 30 minutes longer than the allowable time.
Ignore the intial PCN, then responded to the 2nd letter and used the template on this website (challenged the PCN on value of charge and stated I spent money at the services so they have not lost out).
This got rejected and they sent a 3rd letter - pay now or they will take action. I ignore the letter and not received a letter since.

Things changed in October 2012, best not give advice here if you are not up on the law as it now stands.Je suis Charlie.0

BAD ADVICE - Your PCN was issued before the Protection of Freedoms Act came into force in 2012. Since then ignoring will not work as the parking companies can now pursue the keeper of the vehicle, whereas when the PCN was issued to you in 2011 they could only pursue the driver.0

And I wouldn't go celebrating too much. They have 6 years to bring a claim.0
