Parking fine in Llydl Shop car park
My mum has just received a parking fine for parking in Llydl shop car park. Apparently she stayed 12 minutes over the 1 1/2 hrs you are allowed. She is disabled and this is worrying her should she pay it. If she pays now it is £45 if not after 14 days it goes up to £90.

i got a parking enforcement notice from civil enforcement ltd and i have read on here that you should never pay these people but in what situation should you pay them ? if the sign says 3 hours and you go over then surly you have done something wrong and should pay the penalty ?
