Hello.
I am not sure how to resolve this.
How would you approach this situation?
I live in a block of flats with allocated private parking and am allowed to park in certain numbered bays.
I drove home this evening to discover all my allocated bays have been taken, 2 of the cars parked have no permits.
There are signs etc displaying stating any cars parked without permits will be clamped etc etc.
I have not resided at the address long and work different shifts.
thanks

I would say that the first thing to do would be to leave a polite note on the cars asking them not to park there. If that does not resolve the situation then speak with the management company.0

Maybe as you have not lived there long the bays where usually empty, so someone's took advantage of the space. As advised above a polite note on the car may do the trick.0

Make up some penalty charge notices with a unique company name on your computer then print them out and put them on the cars.
Then wait until someone posts on here about a new parking company issuing parking notices.0 -
Which we will tell them to ignore so its back to square one.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
