Is this still safe to use?
Just unearthed an unopened bottle of Waitrose Easential Sunflower oil at the back of my cupboard. It has a date of December 2015 on it but cant see whether this is Use By or Best Before. Am aware of dangers of botulism in oil. Is it safe to use? If not, how do I dispose of it? Pouring oil down the sink isnt a good idea.
