Pre-made HM chips
We have large bag of potatoes and am wanting to use them before they sprout. I am planning to make shepherds pie, fishcakes, etc but got thinking about the pre-made chips, roast potatoes, etc that can be bought and thought I'd try to do the same. Should I par-boil the potatoes then freeze? If so, could I cook from them…

Low fat desserts / Treats
I'm on a low fat, low calorie healthy eating diet, but I've got the biggest sweet tooth in the world and I'm looking for treats I can make and eat once in a while. Something like a cookie or a slice of cake that is low fat and no more than 100 - 150 calories would be great :)

Knew I'd forgotten something...
I was in a rush making two dozen fairy cakes. Put them in the oven and after a few minutes, I realised I'd forgotten something. They didn't look like fairy cakes to me, more like Yorkshire Puddings. They didn't taste like fairy cakes either, more like sweet Yorkshires. Then I realised ... I hadn't put any margarine or…
