how long does dough keep in the fridge?!

On monday night i made flatbreads to have with tea. there are only 3 things in the recipe... plain flour, water and oil.
i made too much dough as usual, but normally just use it the next night, my question is, if i made it monday night, and it's been in the fridge, will it be ok to roll out and use tomorrow night.. 3 days later?
Thanks for any advice, i don't want to throw it out!

It should be fine as long as it is covered for up to a week in the fridgeBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

brilliant, thanks for that, i floured it, wrapped it in cling film and then put it in a lock and lock tub, so will have it for my tea tomorrow night!!0
