Where do all the poultry giblets go to? Into pet food probably. Most poultry seem to come without any these days. I am wondering if anyone knows how/where to buy giblets. Frozen would do. New kitchen challenge - 2010
We love cooking and have just ordered a new kitchen to replace our falling-to-bits one which we have patched up about as far as possible. Now, before going 'Old-style', we'd have slapped it straight onto a credit card or taken out a loan without a 2nd thought and we were still a bit tempted this time, but having worked…

Question about bread yeast
I have some out of date sachets of tesco bread yeast, about a year (or 2 ) or so :o . They are completely sealed up, so do you think they will be ok to use? To be honest I don't usually worry about dates on (most) food, but I wonder if it will still make my bread rise or not? Thanks:D

Out of Date Cheddar Cheese...
Hi, I want to make a cheese sauce to go with cauliflower for dinner tonight. Would you use the OOD…
