Question about bread yeast

I have some out of date sachets of tesco bread yeast, about a year (or 2 ) or so :o. They are completely sealed up, so do you think they will be ok to use? To be honest I don't usually worry about dates on (most) food, but I wonder if it will still make my bread rise or not?
Thanks:D

    Hi there

I don't pay much attention to dates on most things -but I would think that yeast that far out of date won't rise...but I could be wrong...
