Has my frozen meat gone off or does it have freezer burn?

Frozen chicken stock question
Hi I have a batch of chicken stock in my freezer and I want to defrost it and make soup from it. We wouldn't eat all the soup in one go but would it be safe to refreeze the soup bearing in mind that the stock had already been frozen once? Can anyone help? Thanks Heldun

Storing avocados
Hi all, i did a quick search but couldnt find my answer.. what is the best way to store avocados please? I just bought a bag of them for 29p, but i'll never eat them all in one go... can they be frozen? can you preserve them any way? can anyone think of anything else to make with them except guacamole? :confused:

Getting stains out of clothes
Got what looks like maybe ketchup on a couple of tshirts. :o Well it's a faded kind of red anyway. I've tried rubbing washing up liquid into them but it's not removing it. :( Anyone got any ideas what I can do/use? :confused:

Converting evaporated milk to condensed milk.
How much sugar do I need to add to one 410grm can of evaporated milk to convert it to condensed milk please? Do I just chuck it all in a saucepan and boil it? Anything else I need to add? Thanks I can't see it in the old style recipe lists. :)
