O/S Energy Boost?

Reading all of these lovely O/S threads I'm in awe and shock!!!

Awe because of all the amazing and wonderful things you guys seem to get done in the day

and Shock because, I feel like I never stop running around and feel completely exhausted all of the time at the moment and I hardly do any of the things you do!!

So a few questions

Do you have any o/s tips on boosting energy?

and two

How do you manage your time so you get so much done?

Many Thanks
Nikkei

I don't know about anyone else but I find that if I get up early - 6am most days - I can get a good hour or so doing whatever I want to with no interruptions ;) I'll sort out the washing, dust the downstairs, clean a couple of windows for example. I also have a system of doing little and often for things like ironing, cleaning & tidying so that it doesn't feel as though its all I'm doing all day  Have a look at the Flylady thread it's a case of doing little and often there with lists to follow if that appeals.

p.s. I also start the day with a coffee :rotfl:

    Hi Nikkei,
I make to do lists, post on the 5 os pleasures per day forum and use a timer.
By posying everyday and reading others posts,it really of inspires me to get moving.
I use the timer for jobs i hate doing, setting it for 5mins. ironing, washing dishes etc. it is amazing how much you can get done in a short space of time.

This time of year it is hard to get going, sometimes i think i might have that sad thing, other times i think i'm just getting lazy.

Hope this is of some help:j

I don't have preschool kids and I don't go out to work. Both these things make it really simple for me :D

As for energy boosts -lots of good quality coffee:cool:

the best tip I have for getting everything done is switch off the tv :) If you are brave enough get rid altogether (we have a little bw portable, with digi box but need our fix of bargain hunt at lunchtime) :)
