How do you guys get your whites back to white?
I dont want to go and buy Vanish or other gimicky things really.
I have hot washed them with a colour catcher but no luck.
What can i use to get them all back to white???

I soak them in the sink with some hot water, washing powder and bleach (about 2 tablespoons). It brings out the stains and whitens everything back up. Don't do it too often though as the bleach can cause the material to go into holes
I also wash my lights & whites at 60 degrees. I know we're supposed to be washing at 30 but it equals out as I'm still wearing white clothes that are 7 or 8 years old and still look lovely so I'm not buying any new ones.

I keep a bar of sainsburys basics soap (under 20p for 3 bars) under the kitchen sink. It's useful to rub on the stains and collars of these shirts prior to washing.
It's only a game

I put pure lemon juice on any marks before washing. I also use half the amount of washing powder, but add two scoops of soda crystals. No need for fabric softener then either0
