Steam in a loaf tin?
I just threw together a banana cake out of my over ripe bananas rather than throw them out... Only it seems my oven doesn't want to heat up now... I'm assuming the mix won't keep with it being bananas and I really don't want to throw it all away... Can I steam it in a standard loaf tin or do I need to transfer it to a bowl?
