Oven Roast Beef receipes please

I have a glut of oranges that have been delivered in our veg box. Help - Places to buy meat

braising steak in the slow cooker - good recipes??

Question about Castile Liquid Soap
I'm doing my monthly shop at Summer naturals for vinegar etc in bulk and am looking at Castile Liquid Soap... but.. stupid question... What is it? Do you use it to mix with something or can you just use it neat?

baking disaster
hi all i made a batch of flapjacks today that turned out too dry. They tasted nice but aren't sticky enough. what could i do with them instead of throwing them out? any ideas? thanks x
