i made a batch of flapjacks today that turned out too dry. They tasted nice but aren't sticky enough. what could i do with them instead of throwing them out? any ideas?

Can you drizzle with a thin watered down syrup or watered down honey, the goo might soak in and restick them?0

Oooh that's a much better idea, yum!
...along the same line of thought you could crumble them up and have as a crumble topping, with lots of custard.0 -

you could use them to top yoguht (sort of granola) with honey if natural yog. or add more melted butter and syrup and cook again - i have not done this personally but a mother whoes child attended a group we used to run at church did this with our unsuccesfull crumbely flapjacks we made with the kids!Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0

How about breaking them up and adding dried fruit - sultanas/apricots etc and some toasted almonds or hazlenuts. Use as a granola type cereal to have with milk for breakfast.0

Flapjack gets stickier the longer you keep it, so store it for a week and see0
