    Fried onions and chorizo with lots of black pepper YUM!

    I love pasta and throw allsorts of things into it, most things work so have a look what needs using up in the fridge.

    Yesterday I made pasta and HM cheese sauce and added chopped ham, cheddar cheese, a couple of mushrooms, broccoli, peas and sweetcorn (cooked for a few minutes with the pasta). I must say it was delicious :D and there was enough for tonight as well:j .

    I hadn't eaten macaroni cheese for years until DD wanted to cook it the other day - I'd forgotten how yummy it is!

  • lovely with salmon and broccoli or add an onion for macaroni cheese(A tin of tomatoes added is nice too)

  • Put the meaty bit of spag bol on the bottom, then the pasta, then the cheese sauce and put in a medium oven for 20 mins or until the top browns a little
