Question about Castile Liquid Soap

Options
I'm doing my monthly shop at Summer naturals for vinegar etc in bulk and am looking at Castile Liquid Soap...
but.. stupid question...
What is it? Do you use it to mix with something or can you just use it neat?

You can use it for allsorts of things, I love my bottle of Dr Bronners! I never use it neat and a little goes a long way.

Natural antiseptic/disinfectant cleaner - fill a 500ml bottle (or spray bottle) with water, add 3 tablespoons of castille soap then add about 20 drops of tea tree oil.

Add a squirt of castile soap into a bucket of water for wall or floor cleaning. A few drops of lemon essential oil gives it a nice clean smell, peppermint is nice too.

A few tablespoons of castile soap in an old shower gel bottle topped up with water and a few drops of your favourite essential oils makes a cheap shower gel. A tablespoon of glycerin added to it softens the skin too.

2 tablespoons of castile soap, 1 tablespoon of glycerine in an old handwash bottle (foaming pump ones are brilliant for this) top it up with water and a few drops of essential oil, makes a cheap handwash. I like to use lemon & lime essential oils & keep it next to the kitchen sink.

All purpose cleaner - 1 tablespoon castile soap, 2 tablespoons of vinegar in a bottle topped up with water. Also good for cleaning windows.

Bathroom cream cleaner - equal quantity of castile soap and bicarb mixed together.

Edit: I always buy the unscented Dr Bronners then just add whichever essential oil I like when using it.
You can buy the glycerin at SummerNaturals too. ;)

Next time I get some I may treat myself to a small bottle of the rose flavour, apparently it makes lovely shower gel & handwash.

Castille soap is traditionally made with just olive oil. Other soaps are generally a mix of coconut, olive and palm.

In liquid soaps, KoH (potassium hydroxide) is used instead of NAoH (sodium hydroxide aka lye) to make a liquid rather than solid soap.
