Breadmaker Book?
Hi All This book is on offer cheap with the Book People at the moment and just wondered if anyone has it and whether they would recommend it? What's happened to warm bedding?
When I was young, I remember snuggling up in a warm cosy bed, there was no electric blankets and no central heating.... we had these flannelette type sheets on our beds, they were almost fluffy, and sooo cosy. Any bedding I can find these days are all cold, we're climbing into a cold bed every night, not exactly very…

Vinegar-proof Lids
This is probably a very stupid question, but how do you know if a jar lid is vinegar proof or not? I am going to make some chutney and all the recipes say to put into hot jars and seal with a vinegar proof lid but don't say how you know if the lid is vinegar proof or not. Does anybody out there know? Thanks MK

Any vegan biscuit or cake recipes?
This is the first time I've started a thread of my own, so I hope I've found the correct section to post it in!
