Sloe Gin recipe (but only 200g of sloe)

Hello!

I'm hoping that some of you clever people can point me in the right direction.

I only managed to find 200g worth of sloe when out yesterday and I'm hoping to have my first attempt at making sloe gin, only snag is that I can only find recipes where I need 400g of sloe as a minimum.

Does anyone have a tried and tested recipe for this paltry amount? If not shall I just decrease any recipe I find accordingly or shall I go out tomorrow and look harder?

I've got to pop out now but thanks in advance for any help.

no sloes by me at all! strangely I have just bottled the stuff I made last year and forgot about so that should be good but tasted a drop and its a bit too sweet for me so will add more gin and hope that sorts it!

only thing I could suggest to you is that you make half quantity. or maybe freeze what you have and maybe you will find some more. Freezing them saves having to !!!!! them as well!
