Crumbly Fruitcake

When you make stock from the chicken carcass,onion,carrot,celery etc,is there anything you can do with those things once you have cooked them?

how do I get a juicy chicken?

Washing Up Liquid In The Bathroom
I've started using washing up liquid to clean the bath and sink! I use the anti bacteria one with a bathroom sponge just a little amount and it cleans as well, if not better than flash or cif and is a lot cheaper. We trust it to clean our dishes, so why not the bath or sink!!
