lovely bread recipie

ok sorry for mixture of measurements but its how i think..

3lb of wholemeal flour

12g dried yeast

1/2 pinch of salt

2 teaspoons of honey

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 1/4--1 1/2 pints of warm water...


sieve flour and salt together


cream a little water with yeast then mix in rest of water with flour...mix a little then add honey and oil knead bread dough untill springy palce in warm place ( i used oven which i heated to 70) for 1 1/2-2 hours...


when proved use as preference ( rolls are our fav)

cook in oven at 180 for 20 min
