Yurt Holiday cooking....

We've just booked our first ever yurt holiday (dead excited!!:j ) and I'm just hoping to get some ideas for food as we've never been camping!
We will have 2 gas rings and an aga style stove/oven thingy!
The first night we get there we'll be fine as I'm planning on freezing a shepherd's pie so it defrosts while we're traveling!
Beyond that I'm struggling a bit. There's no fridge (obviously) and no local shops so things like milk, butter and cheese etc could be a problem.
Need ideas for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. It's for myself and dd aged 6. I'm lucky that she will eat almost anything!
Thanks in advance
