Why oh why is the bread caved in?
Making brea in the BM for past few weeks and always caved in rather than raised ontop......... Why? Recipe 260g brown bread flour 260g white bread flour 1.25 teaspoon dried yeast 2 table spoon butter 2 table spoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 320ml water Any help is welcome.
