Meal ideas please?

Hello,
I've got a freezer that needs defrosting, but it's full of "interesting" food that I can't seem to make a meal from! Therer are several h/m things in there that need eating - it's everything else we need help with!
To help, its just me & DF, we cook virtually everything from scratch, we have a good store of basics & reasonably good knowledge & skills.
However, we are both a little stuck for inspiration! Help!
Here's the list:
h/m Stock: Beef
Chicken x 3
Fish
Rich beef gravy
bottle of Limoncello
1 salmon steak
h/m Gnocchi dough
H/m lasagne sheets
2 Venison sausages
4 Gluten free sausages (SiL)
French ham
Chicken wings x 6
Small pack roast beef slices
small pack roast lamb slices
Duck legs x 2
Covent garden 1/2 Winter Veg soup
Covent garden Brocolli & Stilton soup
M&S Spinach & ricotta canneloni for 1
Breadcrumbs x 2 bags
4 x potato cakes 1/4's
Bag of crumble mix
Cheeses - Reblochon, Beaufort x 2, Wensleydale with cranberries orange & Cointreau
Puff pastry
Peas
Sweetcorn
Ice
Raspberries
Chives
Chillies
h/m Spanish style Lamb mince

h/m Tomato pasta sauce with olives
h/m Cauliflower canneloni x 10 tubes
h/m Meatballs x 2 bags

to start with i'd eat these:

Sausage casserole
make up the gnocchi and have with the beef stew over it
Raspberry puff pastry slices, or something millefeuile ish
