Smoked Kippers
Was shopping in Tesco yesterday, and noticed I could get 2 kippers (shrink wrapped with butter) for about 70p, so figured I'd try it for breakfast on Sunday. Can anyone give me suggestions as to what to cook them with? I've never done them before. I feel like having a weekend of nice foods :)

Hello everyone! Yesterday I managed to get a free brick of yeast from Asda bakery, I thought I'd seen the method for doing bread with fresh yest in my panasonic bm book, but NOPE! So if the recipe is asking for a tsp of instant yeast, how much fresh should I use? and what should I do with it before throwing it in bm? TY
