Refreezing Puy Lentils

Following a tip on here to bulk cook dried beans and then freeze I have just started doing this, but can I ask if once you have used them in a meal you can freeze that?

Have just made a Nut and Puy Lentil roast and just after putting in oven, have been invited out, so could have cold tomorrow, or would it be OK to freeze after cooking?

Thanks for your help.

I imagine this will be okay. I have never heard any warnings about lentils.

Ok to freeze, but will also stay quite happily in the refrigerator, covered, for a couple of days. Reheat thoroughly, though, as you would do with any other refrigerated food.

Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

No problem to refreeze aftr cooking - you can even do that with meat andf there is far less danger of bacteria with veggie stuff!
