i have a mary berry recipe for shortbread. yummy love the stuff. anyway it says rice flour as an ingrediant to make the shortbread lighter. it does say aswell tho . if u don't have rice flour u can use ground semolina. so my question is. Chips without chip pan
Hi Has anyone got a good method for chips without a chip pan? I stopped buying oven chips a long time ago as I begrudge paying for someone to have chopped potatoes for me!!! :eek: I do potato wedges which are nice, but they always turn out like a cross between chips and roast potatoes.
