I've bought some Chinese Leaves for a recipe, but I am probably only going to use a couple of leaves, anyone know if I can freeze them
I'm guessing not, as you can't freeze lettuce, but I just can't throw them away. Anyone have any ideas ?

Shred them and use in a salad....if you add shredded carrots and a little s & p and a drizzle of olive oil you have a nice base to add anything else you like to...I rarely cook it, but if I do I chop and stir fry in tsp of toasted sesame oil and drizzle oyster sauce on top.
