Keeping soup in the fridge
I'm about to make some tomato soup - this is to take to work tomorrow and Thursday. Should I freeze it, or is refrigerating enough for the (relatively) short period of time? If I were doing this at the weekend, I'd freeze it, but wonder if it's worth it for the sake of 48 hours? Thank-you
