Hi,
I have a special diet i am suppoed to follow because i have kidney problems. This basically consists of no red meat, no processed food, low sugar low salt diet.
I have to eat a lot of fruit and veg and lately i have been flagging and i have just been told off firmly by my nurse.
I was wondering if any of you had some favs of yours, you would share with me for inspiration.
I like chicken and fish, don't eat any other meats than those though, love couscous and bulgar wheat things like that, and i try to go mostly organic.
Thanks guys
Carli

can you eat soya mince? if so, you could use that in tons of recipies instead of beef mince- spag bol, shepherds pie, chilli etc etc.I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
