Why carbon dioxide is considered harmful? Trees absorb it and produce oxygen. So we should be generating more CO2 so that we get more oxygen.! Then why are cars taxed on CO2 emission?

I had my rear side panel filled after crease and dent and resprayed. this was two weeks ago l have already noticed a scratch were it was resprayed. My question is l got lifetime warranty on repair would warranty cover future scratches on repair. l have tried filling in scratch does this invalidate my warranty.
